Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Wisconsin OT license required to start the position
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Clinical documentation experience. Experience with Net Health is a plus
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Job Description

• Provide compassionate and effective occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility in Janesville, WI
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Support residents in achieving personal goals and rehabilitation milestones
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes
• Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
