Director of Proposal Operations

Leading the Proposal Management function, the full-time remote Director of Proposal Operations will manage and mentor the Proposal Team, drive proposal excellence, and selectively oversee high-value proposals for U.S. Government pursuits. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Proposal Team while managing proposal staffing and workload across multiple pursuits Establish and enforce proposal operating standards and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools Serve as Proposal Manager for strategic proposals, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely submission Required qualifications Active or eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance 10+ years of federal proposal experience with 6+ years in a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Manager role Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams and a strong understanding of federal solicitations and compliance Proven ability to lead teams under deadline pressure while maintaining quality and discipline Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience
