Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to understand clients’ backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with specific client goals, incorporating therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions and dynamic group sessions that address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active license or certification in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working with individuals grappling with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.
