Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present various mental health conditions. Your role centers around providing support for individuals dealing with issues such as stress, anxiety, and life transitions. By focusing on stable clients, our approach ensures that your therapeutic interventions can drive meaningful, sustainable progress without the immediate pressures of acute crises.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Strong proficiency in computer usage and an ability to navigate digital platforms effectively for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While the primary qualifications are necessary, experience in remote counseling and familiarity with teletherapy platforms will be considered advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
