Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment progress, and client outcomes with excellent writing skills.

• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings to enhance the quality of care and share insights with colleagues.

• Stay informed on best practices and new developments in the mental health field to continuously improve your practice.

• Support clients in developing coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adults seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. With a client-centered approach, you will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic methods to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in your state (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• No disciplinary actions should be recorded against your licensing credentials.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
