Interested in joining our team?Some necessary requirements include having a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, a full Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) preferred, experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, effective written and verbal communication skills, and experience and comfort in working with children ages 5 to 12. Additionally, proficiency in the use of standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems is required.Responsibilities and duties include offering therapy services for individuals, families, and groups, evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, and completing ongoing documentation according to company guidelines and protocols. Clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 30 client visits per week for full-time status. Other duties include providing excellent customer service for clients, collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, being an advocate for your client by coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and training.We hire people passionate about making changes in the mental health community.
