Our mission is to make mental health accessible to all in the community.Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, providing excellent customer service for clients, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, providing and assisting with community outreach, and other meaningful and important tasks.Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.), experience with completing Dx's, treatment plans and clinical case notes, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, and bi-lingual a plus.What we have to offer includes a competitive salary, benefits, PTO accrual, and professional development, an hourly pay structure, flexible scheduling with opportunities for both in person and virtual appointments, access to a huge, free continuing education library, and paid continuing education time, pay for administrative time that covers consultation and documentation, and joining a growing community of thousands of Ellie therapists nationwide.Don't meet every requirement?
