Location Danvers, Massachusetts, onsite Role Highlights Fully onsite / Full-time position Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, on site Visa required About The Opportunity A confidential global organization in the healthcare and technology sector is searching for a seasoned Technical Product Owner to lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash initiatives as part of a large-scale international transformation program. You’ll bring together deep O2C functional knowledge, a hands‑on product ownership approach, and the leadership to steer cross‑functional teams toward impactful, high‑quality delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Own the SAP S/4HANA O2C product strategy, vision, and roadmap — from concept through delivery. Convert business and operational priorities into scalable, practical technology solutions. Drive the design and rollout of integrated solutions spanning: Order Management & Order Intake Contracts & Pricing Billing & Accounts Receivable Delivery & Shipping Master Data EDI, APIs, and system integrations Partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to ensure quality delivery on time. Run Agile ceremonies — backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and prioritization. Champion continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies. Support testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and integration lifecycle management. Define and track KPIs and measurable business outcomes. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years working with SAP. Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA O2C processes. Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including Billing, AR, Contracts & Pricing. Working knowledge of SAP integrations with MM and FICO modules. Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA O2C configuration experience. Solid foundation in Agile and software delivery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, self‑organized teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Experience designing and supporting integrations, interfaces, and APIs. Nice to Have Industry background in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences. Knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements. Experience in global or regional transformation programs.
