Role Senior Manager, GWE People Experience, Environmental Health and Safety, responsible for developing and executing safety and environmental strategies across Pfizer's Bothell campuses. Responsibilities leading EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations. overseeing site EHS management systems. conducting risk assessments. managing regulatory reporting. driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or EHS discipline. 7-10 years of EHS experience in pharma, biotech, or chemical industries. thorough knowledge of jurisdictional EHS regulations. prior leadership of EHS teams. strong project management, communication, and influencing skills. Preferred Master's in related fields. EHS certifications. experience in regulated environments (GxP, GMP). lean six sigma credentials. Position requirements The position requires physical ability to work in laboratories, manufacturing, and utility areas, with periodic off-hours support and travel.
