Work Environment

Our Woodbridge office features a modern, well-equipped space designed for optimal patient flow and effective therapy sessions. Working onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you will collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assessments and treatments tailored to the individual goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage a balanced patient load while ensuring quality care and dedicated attention to each individual's rehabilitation journey.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and a range of treatment strategies that promote functional recovery.
• Develop comprehensive care plans, incorporating exercise regimens, therapeutic modalities, and wellness programs to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health improvement.
• Document all treatment processes accurately and efficiently using EMR software to streamline patient record management.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.
• Promote patient motivation and a positive attitude towards rehabilitation through constant encouragement and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at Joint Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness ranges from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals seeking postoperative rehabilitation. Our clinic is equipped to address various conditions, including orthopedic injuries, sports-related traumas, and chronic pain management. Each patient is treated with a unique focus on their individual challenges and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong skill set in developing and implementing exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate documentation and enhance efficiency.
• Current knowledge of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices derived from ongoing education and research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including athletes and post-operative patients, will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with sports rehabilitation techniques and wellness promotion strategies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
