Head of Key Accounts & Strategic CSM

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of customer success managers focused on Stripe's largest Key Accounts in the United States. You will drive strategic account planning, ensure executive engagement, and optimize payments distribution to maximize retention and lifetime value.
You will hire, mentor, and scale the team, codify playbooks for platform engagement, and embed repeatable processes balancing bespoke client needs with operational rigor.
