Position Summary As the Aviation Project Manager, you will direct and manage moderately complex construction projects or portions of larger projects, ensuring they align with our strategy, vision, and values. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to safety, quality, and excellence. Core Responsibilities Lead the implementation of safety practices and promote an injury‑free work environment. Manage preconstruction activities including scope development, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement. Coordinate project stakeholders effectively, ensuring smooth communication and project advancement. Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans. Conduct regular meetings to review project progress with stakeholders. Ensure timely approvals for change requests and submittals. Oversee project closeout processes, ensuring all documentation and final reports are completed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in construction management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in project management and construction technology software. Ability to manage project budgets and maximize profitability. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Working Environment Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
