Account Manager

Love Communications, a Salt Lake City based full-service marketing agency, is looking for a new Account Manager to join our team. This person will work closely with our clients and the agency’s media, creative, and project management teams. What you’ll do: Serve as the day-to-day lead for clients, keeping work on strategy, on time, and on budget Collaborate across media, creative, PR, content, and strategy teams to bring various marketing campaigns and deliverables to life Focus on day-to-day execution while connecting details with big-picture thinking Anticipate client needs before they’re voiced, bringing proactive solutions and a steady hand to fast-moving projects Support Account Directors in managing client relationships and execution of client deliverables Present ideas and status updates to clients with clarity and enthusiasm Build strong client and internal relationships, always looking for ways to add value Work with Project Managers to manage project timelines, status reports, budgets, and billing with precision Mindset: Exhibits good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team members, clients, and partners. Works in a professional and positive manner as a team member, team/project leader, and agency representative. Able to problem-solve on the fly, keeping a cool head and a solutions-first mindset. Is self-motivated, shows confidence and initiative in going beyond what is required. Conducts business with the utmost integrity and honesty, regardless of the ramifications. Experience: 4 to 6+ years of experience at an agency or in a client management role with experience in paid media campaigns Strong understanding of marketing, media, and creative production processes Excellent communication skills and powerful client presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders A client-first attitude and a knack for building long-term relationships Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Basecamp, Asana, etc.) Experience or interest in the travel and tourism or biomedical industries is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
