Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a mental health therapist will involve a suite of responsibilities designed to support patient recovery and improve overall mental health outcomes:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate and document the psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of each patient to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions, to deliver effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups that address various mental health topics, fostering a greater understanding and community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care plan that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies while ensuring proper follow-up care is arranged.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary in response to their evolving needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment strategies.

• Document all clinical interactions in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are experiencing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a varied demographic.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be highly regarded:

• A minimum of three years of direct mental health counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
