The Breakdown:- Maintain ethical integrity: Earn trust and sustain confidence through unwavering honesty, strong moral judgment, and consistent follow-through on verbal and written commitments.
- Accounts Payable: Own the full AP cycle with precision — processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and keeping meticulous records.
- Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail to every number.
- Month-End Reconciliations: Lead monthly close activities with accuracy and accountability, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring books are clean and current.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Step out from behind the spreadsheets — partner confidently with teams across the organization using clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Public Accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems preferred
- Knowledge of Accounting terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Spirit for competition

- $55K + per year based on experience and potential
