The Breakdown:

• Maintain ethical integrity: Earn trust and sustain confidence through unwavering honesty, strong moral judgment, and consistent follow-through on verbal and written commitments.
• Accounts Payable: Own the full AP cycle with precision — processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and keeping meticulous records.
• Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail to every number.
• Month-End Reconciliations: Lead monthly close activities with accuracy and accountability, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring books are clean and current.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Step out from behind the spreadsheets — partner confidently with teams across the organization using clear, professional verbal and written communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required
• Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
