4th Grade Teacher

Position Summary The 4th Grade Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a standards-based instructional program that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, student-centered, and skilled at building strong relationships with students and families. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging lessons in all core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies) aligned with state standards. Create a positive and structured learning environment that supports students’ academic and social-emotional development. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Use assessments and data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and families. Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Collaborate with grade-level team members and support staff to plan curriculum and activities. Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events. Live out the gospel values and teachings of the Catholic Church in their teaching and interaction with students and staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in education or related field. Experience teaching in a school setting. Knowledge of current instruction methodologies and assessments. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
