Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and close new B2B clients across industries for contract and perm staffing needs.
- From prospecting to negotiating and closing deals-you'll lead the full process.
- Maintain and grow client accounts, delivering customized staffing solutions.
- Use outbound outreach, networking, and digital tools to build a healthy pipeline.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure top-tier delivery for every placement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B staffing sales experience with a record of client retention and closing new deals.
- Skilled in outbound sales, lead generation, and strategic client development.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle staffing across various industries and job levels.
- Proficiency in JobDiva (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
