Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts in an assigned territory. This role manages the full sales cycle: prospecting outpatient healthcare centers, conducting onsite meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, and recommending Nixon Medical's apparel and linen service solutions. The Territory Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. Daily activities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements within company guidelines, and performing regular territory planning and reporting. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in local networking events, and representing Nixon Medical's All About Service brand in the community. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new accounts. Account management capabilities, such as relationship building, customer service, and territory planning. Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly to clinical and administrative stakeholders. Organizational and planning skills, including time management, use of CRM tools, and accurate forecasting. Knowledge of or interest in healthcare services, medical apparel, or linen service industries is beneficial. Proven experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in a route-based, service, or healthcare-related environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the Tampa, FL territory for onsite meetings. Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
