Job Summary:
You will work independently and be responsible for the set up and operation of a lamination machine producing packaging products in bag or roll stock form (per customer preference).
Essential Functions:
- Set up and operate designated machinery as efficiently as possible; training will be provided
- Must be able to read ruler, tape measure, as this is critical for machine set ups (complex measurement calculations may vary)
- Must be able to read & understand the customer’s job order instruction
- Must be alert & work efficiently keeping downtime & waste to a minimum
- Maintain the equipment in great condition & always practice safe operating procedures
- Schedule: Must be able to eventually work 12-hour rotating shift (two days on, two days off with lots of opportunities for additional overtime) but will start with Monday -Thursday 10-hour shift
- Your work will be overseen by the supervisor & department manager for support
Work Schedule:
- Night Shift Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 2:00 am
