The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, performs all patient-related clerical duties necessary to assist the healthcare team in providing patient care. Acts as a liaison between patients and the clinical team. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a physician schedule, typing, scanning, telephone triage, and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross-cover telephone assistant, pre-auth, billing clerk, and check-out.

Qualifications:
Required:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Successful completion of all orientation programs

Preferred:

• Healthcare Experience
• College Degree
• Scheduling Experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift Working: 9:00am-5:00pm
• Day Shift
• Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
