Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Verification in Delray Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.92 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur03:30 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:30 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns. Monitor access to the property, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and document relevant entries, exits, and incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
