Customer Experience Lead, IT Service Operations

The Ohio State University is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Experience to lead Tier 2 IT Service Operations on the Newark Campus. You will act as the on-call escalation point for IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Asset Management, Procurement and related IT support workflows.
