This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with students and families in a flexible manner that accommodates their needs. The work schedule involves flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, allowing for optimal client accessibility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and actionable interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care effectively for clients.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to address various mental health topics.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students in the school system who may be experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will provide a safe space where these young individuals can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience. This role requires an understanding of the unique pressures faced by school-age children, including academic stress, social dynamics, and family challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
