divh2Escrow Processor/h2pThe Escrow Processor supports market brands through the National Operations Center by coordinating escrow transaction documentation, initiating title order processes, and managing payoff and lien-related requests. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely file progression through strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a fast-paced, high-volume environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPackage and distribute escrow-related paperwork to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other transaction partners./liliEnsure documents are complete, accurate, and sent in accordance with established timelines and departmental procedures./liliMaintain professional and timely communication to support smooth transaction flow./li/ululliOpen title orders and obtain required legal descriptions and vesting information./liliPrepare and send documentation to title partners for review./liliTrack title-related documentation and updates to support timely resolution./li/ululliOrder and follow up on payoff demands, homeowner association (HOA) demands, and other lien-related documentation./liliMonitor outstanding requests and escalate delays as needed to protect closing timelines./liliMaintain accurate file documentation and status tracking./li/ululliDeliver superior customer service to internal market brands and external partners./liliMaintain organized, accurate files in compliance with NOC standards and procedures./liliConsistently meet deadlines while managing multiple files in a high-volume environment./liliSupport operational efficiency by adhering to standardized processes and identifying potential issues./li/ulh3Qualifications / Requirements/h3ulliStrong ability to comprehend and write clear instructions, correspondence, and memos; excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation required./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities./liliDemonstrated commitment to superior customer service./liliHigh level of organization with strong attention to detail./liliProven ability to meet deadlines, follow through consistently, and adhere to departmental procedures./liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment./li/ululliOne year experience in escrow, title, real estate, or mortgage operations./liliFamiliarity with escrow/title systems and document management platforms./liliExperience handling payoff demands, HOA demands, and common title liens./li/ulh3About Us/h3pQuality Choice Title is built on a tradition of excellence and guided by a spirit of integrity throughout all aspects of the closing process.
