This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in both scheduling and location. Additionally, our outpatient office in Sandy serves as a welcoming space for in-person interactions when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients’ needs through thorough intake evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and challenges, regularly updating them based on progress and feedback.

• Conduct therapy sessions across various settings: individual, couples, family, and group therapy, adapting techniques to suit each setting effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to facilitate positive outcomes, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

• Document client progress meticulously, adhering to best practices in clinical documentation and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitate support groups for parents, particularly focusing on navigating complexities associated with adoption and parenting prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend regular team meetings to collaborate on client treatment and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Special attention will be given to families facing challenges related to mental health, relationship dynamics, and integrating therapeutic strategies for substance-affected youth. Your therapeutic insight will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience within families and empowering individuals through challenging life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A current, active state license to practice as an LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar therapeutic environment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
