Critical Operations Technician

We8re hiring a Critical Operations Technician I to join our Facilities Operations team. In this role, you8ll help maintain and support the critical infrastructure that keeps our data centers running 24/7. This is an on-site role supporting a 24x7x365 environment (no remote or hybrid option). What You7ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and IT systems Monitor equipment performance, record readings, and make adjustments as needed Install and repair electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure Support data center build-outs including cabling, racks, cabinets, and hardware installs Respond to customer requests and provide on-site technical support Process and complete work orders for maintenance and repairs Create and manage tickets within the internal tracking system Respond to facility alerts, incidents, and emergency situations Follow safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials Utilize change management processes to execute and document maintenance work What You Bring 2+ years of technical, trade, military, or equivalent hands-on experience Background in one or more of the following: Electrical Mechanical HVAC IT hardware or cabling Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work across multiple systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Experience in a data center, industrial, or commercial environment Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance 401(k) with company match (up to 4%) Tuition assistance & career development support Parental and military leave benefits Employee assistance program #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
