Senior Innovation Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of POS and operational technology solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute technology initiatives and innovation projects.
- Assist with technology pilots, proof-of-concept programs, and new solution evaluations.
- Manage hardware deployments, testing, and rollouts across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful technology delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Document processes, deployment plans, and project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, Operations Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Exposure to technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, display systems, and networking equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced innovation environment.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer-facing operations, or technology-focused environments.
- Experience supporting hardware deployments and technology rollouts across multiple locations.
- Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, or innovation labs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project coordination.
- Understanding of operational processes and technology ecosystems.
