BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERBrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to expand our referral network throughout the community. Make a real difference.What you'll do:Develop new referral sources including hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizationsBuild lasting relationships through face-to-face visits, presentations, networking events, and Lunch & LearnsPromote BrightStar Care's private duty and skilled nursing servicesGenerate new business through prospecting, community outreach, phone calls, email, and networkingMaintain relationships with existing referral partners and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding client experienceTrack activity and referrals in our CRMMeet and exceed monthly sales and growth goalsWhat we're looking for:2+ years of outside sales or business development experienceHealthcare, home care, hospice, medical sales, or senior living experience preferredOutstanding communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience using Microsoft Office and CRM softwareReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseWhy BrightStar Care?We're more than a home care company—we're a team dedicated to helping people live safely and independently at home.
