Business Development Manager – In-Home Senior Care
Location: Central Jersey
Home Matters Caregiving is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, professional in-home care. Our clients rely on us for personal care, medication support, and meaningful companionship.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is passionate about building relationships and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This role is ideal for someone who combines senior healthcare experience with a strong customer service mindset and a drive to grow and strengthen our community impact.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction with our services
Seek and manage referrals within the home care and senior services network
