Inside Sale Rep

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the DFW market. This role will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and helping expand our presence in a growing market.Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. We value motivation, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.Job Summary: The Inside Sales Rep will be the primary point of contact for customers in a corrugated box manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy of specifications, coordinating with production and shipping, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ISR plays a key role in supporting on-time delivery, quality expectations, and overall customer satisfaction.In this role, you will assist in building new customer relationships and driving business growth, while our outside sales team continues to maintain and support our existing customer base.Serve as the main liaison between customers, sales, production, and shipping departmentsEnter and maintain customer orders accurately, including box styles, sizes, board grades, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirementsReview customer specifications and artwork requirements to ensure clarity and completenessCommunicate order changes, lead times, delays, and delivery updates to customers in a timely mannerCoordinate with scheduling and production teams to support on-time manufacturing and deliveryAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutionAssist with quoting, pricing updates, and order revisions as requested by sales or managementMaintain customer records, order history, and documentation in the ERP systemMonitor open orders and proactively follow up on potential issuesSupport continuous improvement efforts related to customer service, accuracy, and efficiencyPerform other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
