Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour + Commission (Compensation is based on experience.)

This role combines customer service, scheduling, inside sales, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service appointments and technician return visits
• Enter and manage customer information and work orders in ServiceTitan
• Promote and sell VIP Maintenance Memberships
• Use proven call scripts to maximize booking opportunities and overcome objections
• Make outbound follow-up calls during slower seasons
• Contact previous customers regarding recommended repairs and maintenance
• Schedule preventative maintenance appointments
• Provide after-hours phone support and dispatch assistance when needed
• Address customer questions related to scheduling, services, invoices, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering exceptional service
• Assist the Call Center Manager with administrative projects as needed
• Coordinate closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling
• Attend company training and coaching sessions

Qualifications

• Previous experience using ServiceTitan is required
• Customer service and inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach
• Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry is a plus
