This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide counseling services to clients from the comfort of your home. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through video-conferencing platforms, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.

• Support clients during crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and facilitating interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and family members, to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Document patient progress meticulously and ensure confidentiality is upheld in line with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that prioritize clients’ unique needs and goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
