PREP COOK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time PREP COOK positions at Cleveland Browns, 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017. Online applications only. Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time schedules; days and hours may vary. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required. Requirement: Previous cooking experience required. Referral bonus: Internal employee referral bonus available. Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Job Summary Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef. Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes. Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets; taste completed meals to ensure quality. Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy; follow HACCP guidelines. Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as required. Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time. Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Complete orders from steam tables and grill; serve customers at multiple stations. Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control. Resolve customer concerns. Perform other duties as assigned.
