Account Manager
Quantum Integrators Group
The Account Manager will oversee client relationships and drive IT business initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of SAP and other technology solutions. This role requires managing multiple accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate is ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented, with exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. SAP-related delivery experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts. Support the development and execution of IT and business initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions. Monitor client needs, performance metrics, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Achieve account growth targets and report on performance to management. Assist in SAP-related project delivery and ERP implementations, where applicable. Maintain an organized approach to account management while fostering collaboration. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of direct account management experience in IT or related fields. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver solutions effectively. Experience in supporting business development initiatives and client-focused strategies. Preferred Skills SAP-related client delivery experience. Collaborative team player with an energetic and determined attitude. Ambitious, resilient, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.
