Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide ongoing support to clients grappling with PTSD and other complex psychological conditions, ensuring they possess the tools needed for effective coping.

• Manage cases proactively by coordinating additional services (such as psychiatric evaluations or social services) as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ICD-9 standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists, to promote holistic care strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Foster healthy relationships within families by providing targeted counseling services, promoting effective communication and emotional understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field.

• Possession of an active LMFT license in California.

• Expertise in CBT, ABA, and a range of other therapeutic modalities, with the capacity to implement them effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
