Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract (with potential extension)

License/Certs: MN License, BLS & ACLS certifications, Board Certified PA or APP

Experience: Prior hematology/inpatient oncology experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology services in a hospital setting
• Support both benign and malignant hematology cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
• Manage patient care for all ages within the hematology/oncology department
• Assist with procedures related to hematology inpatient services
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and licensing requirements

What You Need

• Active Minnesota license (or willing to obtain via IMLC)
• Board Certified PA or APP in relevant specialty
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Comfortable with benign and malignant hematology cases
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

About the Assignment This role is based in a prominent hospital with a 686-bed capacity, supporting inpatient hematology and oncology services. The department is expanding its bone marrow program, and your expertise in hematology—benign and malignant—is essential.
