What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for hospitalized patients
• Support staff and collaborate with the healthcare team in managing patient treatment plans
• Administer hematology procedures and assist with patient assessments
• Document patient interactions accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Manage a patient load of approximately 11-16 patients per day across all ages
• Support the development of the hospital's bone marrow transplant program

What You Need
Required:

• Active Minnesota license
• Board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Experience with benign and malignant hematology cases
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred:

• Strong hematology focus and familiarity with inpatient care
• Ability to do temp privileges if background is clean
• Comfortable supporting hematology procedures at a level required for inpatient services
