Supervisor

We are seeking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our janitorial team. Supervisor Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: To lead and to supervise associates. Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards. Employee training and counseling Schedule and assign daily work assignments Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company policies and client expectations. Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support the operation team.
