Emergency Room Nurse

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Deliver efficient, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing services to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency interventions and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine severity and prioritize care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses comprehensively in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations to stabilize and support patients.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety procedures, and industry standards to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Possess at least 2 years of emergency department nursing experience, including some pediatric care.
• Have current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• Be able to demonstrate proficiency in emergency assessment and intervention techniques.
• Hold excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
