Role: Field-based Account Specialist supporting product launches and commercial growth for a biopharma organization specializing in CNS disorders. Responsibilities execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales targets build relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders promote product adoption through education support patient access and navigate complex treatment pathways collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access and Medical provide field insights to inform strategies Requirements 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales experience with complex patient pathways, prescriber dynamics, and product launches familiarity with formulary access, hospital/IDN accounts, and specialty pharmacy models proven track record of meeting quotas and improving performance Preferred recent product launch experience and knowledge of early market strategies High-Value CNS therapeutic area specialty pharmaceuticals focus on product adoption multi-channel stakeholder engagement Work setup remote role with regional travel, flexible and adaptable to company needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
