Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day social presence for one of our consumer brands. In this role, you'll develop engaging content strategies, manage social channels, foster online communities, and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to grow brand awareness and engagement. You'll partner closely with Content Creators, Influencer Marketing, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to execute impactful social campaigns that connect with audiences and support overall business goals. What You'll Do Own and execute the social media strategy for your assigned brand across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Develop and maintain a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product promotion, community engagement, and trend-driven content. Partner with Content Creators to plan, brief, and produce compelling photo and video content. Write engaging social copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video. Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and authentic voice. Collaborate with Influencer Marketing to align creator content with brand campaigns. Stay current on platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and growth. Support product launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and other key marketing moments. Work alongside the Performance Marketing team to identify opportunities to amplify high-performing organic content through paid social. What We're Looking For 3–6+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, agency, or media company. Deep understanding of major social platforms and current best practices. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for creative content. Experience collaborating on photo and video production, including short-form content for Reels and TikTok. Proven ability to grow social audiences and increase engagement through data-driven strategies. Comfortable analyzing platform metrics and translating insights into action. Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
