Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media Manager who loves food and beverage brands and is experienced at building new audiences on social media. You’ll own our social media presence across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and you’ll create compelling photo and video content, build relationships with creators and influencers, manage our online community, and use data to continually improve performance across both organic and paid social. You should have a deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, know what makes content perform on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and love turning ideas into compelling photo and video content. What You’ll Do Develop and execute our organic and paid social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Create engaging photo and video content from concept through editing and publishing. Stay ahead of trends, viral moments, creators, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and culturally relevant. Manage our social community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building brand advocacy. Recruit and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to generate authentic content and expand our reach. Analyze performance across all social channels and optimize content using insights and data. Collaborate with internal teams on sampling initiatives, product launches, and retail activations. Understand how organic content can be leveraged to improve paid media effectiveness. Track key social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, click‑through rates, conversions, and ROAS. Use analytics to continually optimize content strategy and improve results. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to outperform within the category. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of social media experience for a consumer brand or agency. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms. Excellent photography, videography, and video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Experience managing influencer and ambassador programs. Strong creative instincts combined with analytical thinking. Excellent communication and project management skills. Self‑motivated, collaborative, and excited to test new ideas.
