Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | Inbound Leads Only

Warm leads come to you. No cold calling, no prospecting, ever.

Every call you take is someone who already raised their hand for Medicare help. Your job is to guide them, not chase them. Top performers here earn $1,800 to $2,400+ per week on a base plus tiered commission that pays more the more you produce.

New to Medicare? That's fine. Our client welcomes licensed agents who are newer to the space, as long as you complete AHIP certification before your start date.

What You'll Earn

• Base pay: $18.00/hour, guaranteed
• Realistic weekly earnings: $1,200 to $2,400+, driven by your production
• Tiered commission that scales with volume:
  • 10 to 13 deals: $40 per deal
  • 14 to 17 deals: $50 per deal
  • 18 to 21 deals: $60 per deal
  • 22+ deals: $70 per deal
• Additional weekly bonuses and incentives that can boost earnings as well.

The Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Consistent full-time hours, no nights, no weekends

What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries shopping for coverage
• Walk them through Medicare Advantage plans and benefits in plain language
• Run needs-based consultations and enroll the ones who qualify
• Deliver a smooth, helpful experience from first call to enrollment
• Stay fully compliant with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Keep clean, accurate records on every client

What You Need

• Active Health Insurance license (required)
• AHIP certification (or willingness to complete it before start)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine helper's mindset
• Attention to detail and a compliance-first habit
• Drive to hit your production goals in a team setting
• Prior Medicare sales experience is a plus, not a must
