Senior Recruiting Manager, Enterprise Enablers - Hybrid

Help shape the teams that move our enterprise forward. As Senior Recruiting Manager, Enterprise Enablers, you will lead a high-performing recruiting team and partner with senior leaders across Technology, Digital & Analytics, Marketing & Communications, and Legal & Compliance. You will turn business priorities, workforce insights, and market intelligence into talent strategies that build critical capabilities and support long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, creating clear goals, shared accountability, and opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow.Advise senior business and HR leaders on workforce plans, talent availability, succession needs, and hiring strategies across complex and specialized talent markets.Build proactive talent acquisition strategies that align with enterprise priorities, future skill needs, and business transformation goals.Use labor market intelligence, recruiting analytics, and competitive insights to guide decisions, measure progress, and improve hiring outcomes.Lead complex and executive-level searches while delivering a thoughtful, consistent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Advance recruiting practices, technology adoption, and process improvements that strengthen quality, speed, consistency, and scale.Partner with Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand teams to expand talent pipelines and strengthen The Cigna Group’s presence in priority markets.Promote sound talent acquisition governance and consistent practices that align with company policies and employment requirements.Required Qualifications10 or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years leading recruiting teams.Demonstrated success coaching recruiters, setting direction, and building team capability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Experience supporting complex talent needs and leading senior-level or executive searches.Strong consulting and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders and navigate competing priorities.Experience using market intelligence, recruiting analytics, and workforce insights to shape strategy and improve results.Clear, persuasive communication and strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Experience supporting one or more of the following areas: Technology, Digital & Analytics, Marketing & Communications, or Legal & Compliance.Experience partnering with Recruitment Marketing or Employer Brand teams and advancing recruiting technology or process improvements.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 129,300 - 215,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
