Membership Associate (Administrative / Data Entry / Customer Service)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $33/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid Schedule)

Work Schedule

• Starting: 4 days in office, remote on Fridays
• After training/permanent hire: 3 days in office (Rosemont, IL) + 2 days remote

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Membership Associate / Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations through data entry, CRM management, and customer service . This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in an office environment, managing records, and assisting customers and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in a CRM/database system
• Responding to emails and calls from members with questions about their account, dues, or benefits
• Process membership applications, renewals, and account updates
• Manage and update customer/member accounts and contact information
• Run reports and audits to ensure data accuracy and data integrity
• Coordinate mailing lists, reporting requests, and administrative tasks
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Support office operations as an administrative assistant / coordinator
• Assist with front desk/reception coverage as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or office coordination (3+ years minimum required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + email)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience using CRM systems or databases (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. a plus)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in customer service, administrative assistant, or coordinator roles
• Experience in membership services, account management, or data processing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
