Associate Director, Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Dyne Therapeutics

Associate Director role supporting commercial strategy for investigational neuromuscular disease therapies. Generates market insights and competitive intelligence to inform cross-functional decision-making across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and finance functions.

Responsibilities

Lead primary and secondary market research initiatives aligned with commercial strategy
Develop competitive intelligence analyses to support product positioning and launches
Partner with global commercial teams to anticipate business questions and inform decisions
Serve as internal consultant to marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and finance teams
Prepare organizations for market-shaping events and competitive developments

Requirements

Market research and competitive intelligence expertise in pharmaceutical or biotech
Experience designing and executing primary and secondary research studies
Strong analytical and data synthesis skills with ability to translate findings into strategy
Cross-functional collaboration experience with commercial, medical, and regulatory teams
Knowledge of rare disease markets or specialty pharma landscape
Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field
