Flexible Hours Overview A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage complex applications, documentation, compliance requirements, and project submissions. This role requires someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, navigate detailed program requirements, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure critical filings and reports are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is analytical, thorough, proactive, and comfortable becoming an expert in complex processes and regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects and submissions from start to finish Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information and keep projects on track Review applications, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance Track deadlines, approvals, and outstanding requirements Learn and navigate complex program requirements and processes Solve problems, identify issues, and ensure projects are completed successfully Qualifications 3+ years of experience in either project coordination, compliance, operations, mortgage processing, accounting support, permitting, underwriting, or similar detail-oriented environments Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning technical information and complex regulations Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability Ideal Backgrounds Mortgage processing or underwriting Accounting, tax, or compliance support Permit expediting or construction administration Operations or project coordination Regulatory or documentation-heavy environments Any role where accuracy, compliance, and ownership were critical to success This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mastering complex processes, solving problems, and ensuring projects are executed accurately from start to finish.
