Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals and families facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current and active LMFT licensure in Maryland.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Preferred Experience\n

The LMFT position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
