Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths, establishing a personalized therapeutic plan tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions that adhere to evidence-based methodologies, ensuring each client receives effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with individuals and families facing challenges associated with relationship dynamics, communication issues, mental health concerns, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A valid LMFT license is required to practice in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
