Highly acclaimed Ai Fiori, from renowned hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located within The Langham, New York, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor (AM) to join our team.

Ai Fiori showcases modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Riviera, offering guests an exceptional luxury dining experience. Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and motivated hospitality professional to oversee our AM food and beverage operations, with a primary focus on breakfast and lunch service. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be a hands-on floor leader responsible for overseeing service, supporting the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest receives the level of hospitality expected at Ai Fiori.

Candidates must have consistent morning availability, including weekends and holidays as required.

The ideal candidate has previous restaurant or hospitality experience, a strong understanding of elevated service, and the ability to confidently lead a team on the floor.

Food & Beverage Supervisor Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise breakfast and lunch service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.

• Oversee AM floor operations, including opening procedures, table assignments, service flow, and overall guest satisfaction.

• Support, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team while maintaining Altamarea Group's luxury hospitality standards.

• Act as a visible and engaged floor presence throughout breakfast and lunch service.

• Address guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.

• Ensure team members maintain exceptional service standards, product knowledge, grooming, and professionalism.

• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new and existing team members.

• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient AM service.

• Assist with food and beverage operational responsibilities and administrative duties as needed.

• Support management with additional responsibilities necessary to ensure successful daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or an upscale hotel environment.

• Previous serving or front-of-house hospitality experience with a strong understanding of elevated service standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing team members.

• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations.

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude with exceptional attention to detail.

• Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and navigate stairs as needed.

• Must have consistent AM availability for breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekends and holidays.
